Frustrated and Confused

So I am trying to update the image The View Descending and I've scanned in a 1200 dpi image. This is the same as for all the images I have scanned in the last few weeks. The original image is a 60M tiff, 3x4 at 1200 dpi. But when I try to make it a print, all the print boxes are covered in red and say "Please change your source image" and the error text at the top says:
# The submitted image(s) do not conform to minimum DPI requirements of some selected products
# Sorry, one or more source files you have chosen can not be used for making prints. Please try again.

Since this hasn't happened on any of the other images I have uploaded, all from 1200 dpi scan made on the same scanner, all edited in PSCS2 and saved as tiffs (even tried jpgs to see if they were different and they were not). Why does this happen with this image but no others?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
